Train World is a railroad simulation game set throughout the ages of the railroad. Test your railway network against the passage of time as you continually upgrade your trains from basic steam locomotives to complex, multi-engine haulers. Transport passengers, move thousands of tonnes of cargo, and manage your increasingly busy network as the centuries fly by!

Feeling impatient? Speed up time! Need some direction or extra cash? Train World features an achievements system, giving you optional objectives to complete. Want a high-level view of your network? Choose between a classical top-down view or a more detailed view upon zooming in.

Train World features maps ranging from small 33X33 km (20X20 miles) to huge 197X197 km (120X120 miles), with plenty of room to build your railway network. Different biomes and relief types provide beautiful scenery.

Maps are divided into regions that can be opened during the game. Each region has its industry, adding another strategic component to the gameplay.
